Coconut Grove’s most anticipated new development in decades, Ugo Colombo’s Vita at Grove Isle, has topped off. They estimate the finishes can be completed by late 2025.
The project, located at 5 Grove Isle will bring 65 boutique residences to the Grove Isle waterfront. The spaceship-esque design of the 7 floor tower is spread over the southern tip of the 20-acre island, allowing all residences to enjoy sweeping waterfront views of Downtown Coconut Grove, the Brickell skyline and more.

One year has passed since Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group broke ground on Vita at Grove Isle and everything is moving along as scheduled. The seven-story boutique condominium has now surpassed the halfway mark of their 2-year build schedule and is nearing top-off.
