Calta Group Unveils 10 Luxury Brownstone-Style Townhomes In Coral Gables | Welcome To Via Veneto
Today is the launch of a very special offering in Coral Gables. The Calta Group is debuting a collection of 10 luxury Brownstone Townhomes adjacent to the famous Venetian Pool and a stone’s throw from the iconic Biltmore Hotel. The location of Via Veneto will be 915 Palermo Avenue, Coral Gables FL 33134.
Designed by architect Locus Architecture, who is known for some of the most thoughtfully-designed homes in the area, the project features impressive floor plans. Each residence utilizes amazing use of space, allowing for privacy and luxury without wasting square footage. We will go into the floor plans in more detail tomorrow for the sake of length, because I have a lot to say about Via Veneto.
Inside the homes, Sensi Casa is handling the interior design while MiaCucina is designing the interior finishings of the living spaces. You will recognize their work immediately with the quality of finishes and the color palettes that they have put together.
The Layout and Features
Each villa encompasses 4 ensuite bedrooms across the three-level design. With 5,300-5,500 interior square feet of living space, the townhomes are appropriate for family living, or for those who enjoy entertaining but are not so large that they require so much maintenance.
Naturally, on a 3-level home, you would expect to have an elevator and you will find them in each of the townhomes at Via Veneto
I was also impressed with the garage space. Each home has an enclosed garage for 4 cars, along with a carport for 2 additional cars.
Via Veneto Interiors
Once inside the home, owners and guests will be calmed with bright and open living areas highlighted by natural stone finishes. Preconstruction buyers are able to choose between different palettes to fit their taste.
The interior is finished with hardwood flooring and the buyers are able to choose between straight-laid boards, a chevron look or herringbone.
The kitchen is where MiaCucina starts showing off, and they have done a beautiful job.
This is where you can start to see that the homes are designed for those who love to entertain, those who love to cook or those who have many mouths to feed in the house.
It starts with the Wolf 42? gas cooking range that pairs with dual Wolf wall ovens, 2 Wolf dishwashers and a 36? Subzero fridge and a 36? Subzero freezer. They also include a wine fridge and an elegantly-appointed butler’s pantry.
All of this is encapsulated in an elegant large quartz island and custom cabinetry that integrates the appliances for a sleek look.
Going up to the third level, the primary bedroom is more of a retreat than a bedroom. It offers a large lounge/sitting area alongside a private balcony for fresh air.
The primary bathroom features a frameless walk-in shower and bathtub as well as dual vanities that are finished to match the style and quality of the rest of the home, with a bit of elevation.
Outdoor Living
Another aspect of Via Veneto that really impressed me was how the outdoor living was designed. There are the outdoor terraces, yes, but there is also a private courtyard with tropical landscaping and an outdoor living area complete with a MiaCucina-designed summer kitchen.
In the summer kitchen, owners will enjoy a 42? grill along with an ice maker and refrigerator and plenty of space to entertain or relax.
